Hello guys, i cant use my phone, i performed a factory reset and now its stuck in "android is starting, optimizing app 47 of 47", the thing is that after finishing optimization, the phone reboots by itself again and again.... First, please understand that the android “optimizing apps” process is completely normal, and occurs in order for your device to rebuild the dalvik-art runtime environment after an update, factory data reset, or other modification to the android os.. The issue is that after a clean flash (dirty unicorns 5.1.1), i get a weird boot loop. first the rom loads for a while, then it goes to optimizing apps, 1 of 72 and starts counting up through the apps. when it finishes, it reboots and starts the process all over again but this time at 1 of 97 apps to be optimised..
My nexus 5 after latest 5.1 upgrade keeps restarting randomely and many times optimize the apps after restart. very annoying i already tried factory reset and device cache cleans, seems like an os issue.. Officially updated to android lollipop 5.1.1 last week. been in good condition until i restarted the phone today. now, whenever it's powered up, it optimizes apps, and restarts after optimizing is finished, without reaching lockscreen.. I have exactly the same problem. after each reset does three minutes to open the phone by displaying the message "android is upgrading", "optimizing application 1 of 125" and every time you install a new application this number grows. i did hard reset and maybe fix the problem without success. does anyone know of this bug? problem is software htc or new version android?.
