Fixed android is starting optimizing app 1 of 1. this feature is not available right now. please try again later.. Took about 10mins to boot up with the message "android is starting, optimizing app 1 of 1". the only solution for me was to reset my mobile to factory default. make sure you do a complete back up before resetting.. Your question can actually be interpreted a couple of ways: (1) your device is displaying “optimizing apps” on every boot; or (2) the “optimizing apps” notification is displaying after an update or a factory data reset. in any event, i'll try and answer this question under either scenario.. "android is upgrading, and afterwards it came optimizing application 1 of 158", later came as starting apps then tecno will come and the upgrading starts again for more than 24 hours. i need a solution to stop it and have access to the phone. i cant do anything with the phone so please give me the right solution.
